2022 Veillette Gryphon Unison 12
This is the neatest thing I’ve ever seen in a 12-string acoustic-electric guitar, ever. From Joe Veillette, master designer and builder, comes this beautiful high-strung, unison-tuned 12-string model, and in an extremely handy size. It's tuned almost an octave high, from D to D, with all courses tuned in unison rather than some tuned in octaves, giving it the most sparkly tone in the guitar universe. It's a fabulous addition to your instrumental lineup that you can’t get anywhere else. Easy to play, easy to hold, and hand-built right here in the USA by Joe Veillette and his team in Woodstock, NY, and I am in love with it. Solid mahogany back, sides, and neck, solid Sitka spruce top, and some super-good-looking dark Indian rosewood for the fingerboard and bridge. Scale length is 18-1/8” with a full 22 frets; ultra-comfy neck with 1-15/16” nut; active Piezo pickup system from Seymour Duncan with handy master volume and tone controls right at the edge of the soundhole so you can get right to ‘em. Price includes a pro hard gig bag. This gorgeous, totally unique instrument for $3595 w/hard bag
