1960 Fender Jazzmaster Refinished Olympic White

1960 Fender Jazzmaster Refinished Olympic White

A true classic, from the classic-est of times for Fender guitars, the early 1960s and it don't get no earlier in the ‘60s than that. The Jazzmaster, with its fat, hot pickups, and having both a standard set of controls and a special extra set for instant changeover to that pre-set “jazzy” sound with the flip of a switch. This one’s got all the right, original stuff: pickups, all wiring and controls, pickguard, tuners, and that unique tremolo that only Fender Jazzmasters and Jaguars have. The only thing that’s been changed is the finish on the body, redone in the original type and color of Olympic White with real nitro-cellulose lacquer, and it looks just great. Brings the price down to a respectable level too, all for the good. Gone over and set up by us right here with a set of .011’s, as it should have. And it looks like a zillion bucks. But wait, there’s more! Bonus!!! Just unearthed, photo of original owner playing it in a wedding band with beautiful red-haired woman accordion player wearing white minidress and white go-go boots! A major 1960s classic! Hot hot stuff for only $5995 w/hsc
